By submitting an entry, you agree that the Organizer may use your submission as described in the licence granted under the "Terms & Conditions" section below.
If your submission includes another identifiable person (for example, a family member, friend, or minor), you confirm that you have obtained that person’s permission (or, where that person is a minor, the permission of their parent or legal guardian) for their image, voice, or likeness to appear in your submission and to be used by the Organizer as described in these Rules.
You represent and warrant that your submission is your own original work (or that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to submit it), and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You agree to indemnify the Organizer against any claims, losses, or damages arising from a breach of this warranty.
Eligibility
v Participants must be 18 years or older.
v Only users with an email, custom avatar, and username are eligible for prize evaluation.
v Participants must be residents of Netherlands.
v Entries must be primarily created by the participant. Excessive use of AI-generated content, stock materials, or third-party copyrighted content may result in disqualification.
v Winners will be announced in the MOVA Forum within 14 business days after the event ends and will be notified via email.
For the purpose of the Participation Reward, a “valid entry” means any submission that: (a) is received during the Event Period, (b) includes a response as described in the “How to join” section, (c) meets the Eligibility criteria, and (d) is not disqualified for violating content rules. Each user is entitled to only one Participation Reward regardless of the number of submissions.
Terms & Conditions
1. For each Submission you voluntarily provide, you grant the Organizer and its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence, limited to twelve (12) months from the date of submission and to the territories of the participating countries, to reproduce, display, edit and publish the Submission for the marketing of the Organizer's products, this Event and directly related promotions, in print, online and on the Organizer's official social-media accounts. The Organizer will not make any edit that materially distorts the meaning or integrity of your Submission without your prior consent, and nothing in this licence is intended to affect any moral rights you may hold under applicable law.
2. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. Orders must be placed within the required time. Product availability may vary by region.
3. The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, provided that such interpretation shall not limit any statutory consumer protections guaranteed by EU or national law.
4. The Organizer may amend, suspend, or cancel the Event if required for legal, technical, or security reasons. Material changes will be announced through the MOVA Forum. If the Event is cancelled, the Organizer shall fulfill any obligations required by applicable mandatory law.
5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in the participant’s country of residence.
6. The Organizer will process participants’ personal data (e.g., username, contact information, submitted content) solely for the following purposes:
- Administering the Event
- Verifying eligibility
- Contacting winners
- Delivering prizes
- Data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Participants have the right to request:
- Access to their data
- Correction or deletion
- Restriction or objection to processing
- Data portability
Participants may withdraw consent by contacting the Organizer.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing before withdrawal.
