We suggest you first check whether the charging station is powered on properly and confirm that both ends of the power cable are fully plugged in.
Next, check the charging contacts on both the station and the robot. If they are dusty, it may cause abnormal charging. Please wipe them clean before using again.
Also, please make sure the robot aligns correctly with the base. You can try manually placing the robot in front of the charging station; it will trigger automatic docking and align itself properly.
