Treshold problem

​I recently bought the Mova Z60 Ultra Roller Standalone, but I'm having trouble getting it to cross a 4 cm threshold into my bathroom.​According to the specs, it should easily be able to handle this height, but it refuses to go over it.
​Here is what I’ve already tried:
​I have officially marked the exact spot as a "Threshold" on the map in the app.
​I moved the base station further away so the robot has enough room to gain some speed/momentum before reaching the threshold.
​Despite this, it still turns around or gets stuck. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this or get the robot to actually use its climbing feature?
