Let's go through some common reasons why this happens:
1. The base might be unplugged or moved
Can you double-check that the base is plugged in and still where you originally placed it?
2. Something blocking the base
Take a look at the base tray and the area around it — any objects in the way? If so, just clear them out.
3. The robot got stuck mid-clean
If the robot got stuck or gave an error during cleaning, that could throw off its navigation. In that case, just pick it up and place it back on the base manually.
4. The base is on an uneven floor
Make sure the base is sitting on a flat, level surface. If it's uneven, the robot might struggle to dock.
5. Possible system glitch
Try placing the robot about 1 meter in front of the base, then press the "Recall" button on the base and see what happens.
